OUR FLAGSHIP INSTALLATION

Spencer Dock, developed by Treasury Holdings, is the jewel in the crown of Dublin’s rejuvenated Docklands.

A 20 hectare plus site that lies adjacent to the river Liffey, the site is a mixture of residential and commercial, and is home to some of Dublin’s most prestigious corporate tenants, including Price Waterhouse Coopers, The Conference Centre Dublin, and The Central Bank of Ireland.

At Spencer Dock, Open Optics have installed an Open Access Platform, and currently carry a wide range of international service providers to an equally wide range of customers, all the time realising a very healthy return on investment for the developer.

Currently we count British Telecom, Verizon, Mercury, Colt and UPC amongst the list of operators present. With each of these organisations we have developed good working relationships, and all are extremely happy to reach their customers across our network.
